Die zwei Ferienwohnungen liegen im 1. OG eines sehr gepflegten Mehrfamilienhauses in ruhiger Waldrandlage nahe den Kliniken, mit kurzen Wegen ins Zentrum und in den Kurpark. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge und Radtouren. Fahrräder können im Fahrradkeller (abschließbar) untergestellt werden. Waschmaschine und Trockner können im separaten Waschkeller kostenlos genutzt werden. Auch ein reservierter Autostellplatz am Haus ist vorhanden.

Die Vermieterin bittet um Überweisung vor Reiseantritt.

Inklusive Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung.

Mindestaufenthalt: 7 Nächte.
Nichtraucherwohnungen.
WLAN ist vorhanden.
Haustiere sind nach vorheriger Rücksprache gegen Aufpreis von 10€ pro Tag/Tier erlaubt.
